Well first off I realized that I was not going to post EVERY day ... that is just plain silly. Second of all is it bad that I am looking forward to a day of NOT running. Doing nothing except for maybe picking up my race packet for the weekend.
Just a little over two weeks out till my next half marathon so that should give me a good gage as to where I stand ...

Sunday: Little recovery run
Monday: 5 mile run, nothing special
Tuesday: 7 miles with a few hard mile thrown in
Wednesday: 8 mile group trail run. Little slower then I wanted but maybe that was a good thing ....
Thursday: Nothing .... ha
Friday: 5 to 6 in the morning with the folks from Vertical Runner.
Saturday: 7 to 9 in the morning followed up by a 5k in the evening in Kent ....
