So everyone is making a New Year's Resolution so I thought I would toss mine on here so that I am held responsible by friends and readers. These are just the running ones ... Well I went a little over board I think but here it goes.
No BEER till I get back to a 50 mile running week, and my weeks are Sunday though Saturday just so there is not "short cutting". Currently I am around 30 or so.
Complete the 100 pushups program. I will be downloading the app for my iPhone as well.
Break 1:27:30 in a 1/2 marathon, and yes it can be a flat course.
Put in a strong performance at the Buckeye Trail 50k.
Run more with the dog ... she is becoming a little chunky monkey.
