Back into the Groove

Saturday's Race was a pretty stressful one, 155 runners hitting 5 miles of trails. I was up at 4:30 in the morning and went to bed at 11:00. I did not run but merely managing the event is stressful enough and lack of sleep adds to it.

This week I am trying to back into the swing of things and start a "real focus". I committed to a January 1/2 marathon so I will start and hit up some 1 to 1.25 hour runs on the road.

Sunday: Ride 1.5 hours on MTB

Monday: Swim 1,000

Tuesday: Run 1 Hour

Wednesday: Run 1 Hour - Ride 1 Hour

Thursday: Swim 1,000 - Lift Full Body

Friday: Swim 1,000

Saturday: Run 1 Hour Morning / Ride 2.5 Hours
