Usually I try and map out the week but this week I am saying screw it. Holiday, short week and it isn't like I am not going to work out. But over the weekend I did do some work on the Trek Madone. My friends over at HED Wheels hooked me up with some sweet bars (pictured below). Also I was able to snag a pair or LOOK KEO Carbon pedals and must say they are the best feeling road pedals I have ever ridden.
Training ... this past weekend included 1.5 hours of running, 3.5 hours on the bike, some hiking a couple of great bottles of wine.
For sure on tap this week is a long run (8 plus), some mountain biking, lifting and time in the pool.
