Consists of
25 miles of mountain biking, 8 miles of coasteering (non technical running along the coast), to following the coastline by running on shore, swimming (less than 100 meters) or wading as needed, 7-8 miles of orienteering, 8-10 mile ocean kayak (on the sound), 80' rappel off of the hotel roof (optional with time penalty).
