Bella Multisport Coaching: Scott Horns has competed in endurance sports for 16 years. During this time he has raced in 11 international Ironman triathlons and qualified for the World Championship Ironman Hawaii triathlon. He is a certified USA Triathlon Coach, USA Cycling coach, EMT-B, Outdoor Emergency Care provider, and a graduate of the University of Toledo. He consistently places in the top 5% and believes it is due to the philosophy that guides his coaching and training. He feels that achieving balance in life is essential to achieving goals. Being a quality athlete involves more than just training hard, it requires a certain level of ethics and state of mind. Finding and maintaining balance will result in longevity and success.
Scott is the owner of Bella Multisport Coaching, a full-time firefighter and a father of two. Scott and his family live in Perrysburg, Ohio.

Wes Hobson Performance: Wes Hobson has competed in over 220 triathlons, from sprint- to Ironman-distance. He garnered 35 first places, 60 top-three finishes during his 12-year professional career that also included being selected "Triathlete of the Year" by the USOC. Wes co-authored Swim, Bike, Run, and Workouts in a Binder For Indoor Cycling. Wes was a member of the USA Triathlon Board of Directors for three years as well as nominated by his peers to be a member of the US Professional Triathlon Committee for four years. Wes coaches multisport athletes and single-sport athletes.
