5:15 pm Intro CX – CX Basics, equipment, courses, race categories, USAC Rules
USAC Coach – Race Experience, Training Tips, Race Calendar, Q & A
5:45 pm Practice circuit: drills, dismount-remount, barriers, race tactics for CX and MTB
6:45 pm Race circuit on course
7:45 pm Post ride Q & A

Please bring a helmet, mountain bike shoes or sneakers for beginners.
