The 4th Annual Silver Springs Duathlon returns to beautiful Silver Springs Park in Stow. The duathlon includes a 5K run, 17 mile bike, and a 5K run. The biathlon includes a 11 mile bike and a 5K run.

The Wilds is Ohio's largest game preserve and home of race #4. Come out Saturday for the Muskingum Mayhem and stick around for the OMBC race on Sunday. Free camping is available. Hosted by AOA and sponsored by Sierra Nevada, official malt beverage of the OMBC Series.
