Mountwood, near Parkersburg, lies just across the Ohio border. It is one of two OMBC races near the border with West Virginia, where racers earn BOTH OMBC and WVMBA points.

The 4th Annual Silver Springs Duathlon returns to beautiful Silver Springs Park in Stow. The duathlon includes a 5K run, 17 mile bike, and a 5K run. The biathlon includes a 11 mile bike and a 5K run.

The Course: The course (closed to traffic) is a rolling 1.2 mile circuit around the Munroe Falls Metro Park Lake. There are three 90's and four sweeping turns.
Run Wild For A Cure is a challenging 5K run through the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo (chip-timed and part of the 2009 Hermes Road Race Series), with all proceeds benefiting the United Mitochondrial Diseas
The Emerald Crossings Trail Run will be part of the 2009 Trail Runners Trophy Series. The 5K trail run is a twoo loop course. We also have a 1 mile run.

The Ohio Valley Trail Partners present the 3rd annual bicycle tour of the Wheeling Heritage Trail on Sunday, May 24, 2009, at Heritage Port in Wheeling. Registration will begin at 9am.
Held in Dublin Historic Downtown at 5:00 p.m. A great spring evening event in a fabulous setting. Great prizes, fun activities for adults and kids, live band, food.

Offering a 10-mile Family Fun Ride on the Towpath Trail, a 17-mile and challenging 30-mile ride on some of the most scenic roads in Summit County, Ohio.
The 2009 Mohican MTB100 is scheduled for Saturday, May 30.
Race will begin in downtown Loudonville and will host the National Ultra Endurance Series
100 mile racers will earn national series points!
The Challenge:
This will be the first annual run for the Concord Distance Classic Half Marathon. Located in Concord Twp., Ohio it's located along I-90 in Lake County, just 1/2 hour east of downtown Cleveland.
A timed recreational tour ride on the great country roads of Gallia, Vinton, and Meigs Counties. There will be tee-shirts to all the per-reg, and post race meal for everyone.
