Mountwood, near Parkersburg, lies just across the Ohio border. It is one of two OMBC races near the border with West Virginia, where racers earn BOTH OMBC and WVMBA points.

The 4th Annual Silver Springs Duathlon returns to beautiful Silver Springs Park in Stow. The duathlon includes a 5K run, 17 mile bike, and a 5K run. The biathlon includes a 11 mile bike and a 5K run.

The Course: The course (closed to traffic) is a rolling 1.2 mile circuit around the Munroe Falls Metro Park Lake. There are three 90's and four sweeping turns.
