Race will start and finish at the Worthington Hills Country Club. Advanced registration: $10; Day of race: $15 (ages 10 and under free). Registration the day of the race is from 6:45 p.m. - 7:15 p.m.

This is a 5-k solo and relay 5k through a beautiful park setting. Course is on paved bike path, with gentle contour changes. This race is a benefit for the local emergency food center.

Swim 1/4 Mile in Lake Erie, Bike 10 Miles on paved roads (ANSI approved helmets), Run 3 miles. All women, and male relay participants over 40 will get a 2 minute handicap.
