This is a 50 mile Tri-Adventure Race that is held at Independence Dam State Park, Defiance, Ohio
An accurately measured, competitive 5K run, non- competitive 5k walk and 1k kid's fun run to benefit The Toledo Zoo. Pre-registration is strongly suggested as this event hosts 1,300 participants.
5k run/walk closed course, open to all ages. $25 registration fee. Register before May 7,2010 guaranteed a shirt. Prizes to top 3 finishers in each age group.
A 5K run/1mile walk with a health and wellness fair afterwards at the Holiday Inn, 6001 Rockside Road, Independence.

The first H4H Half-Marathon & 5K hosted an amazing 250 runners.
The 5k Run starts at 8:30am and the 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk starts at 8:45am. All preregistered participants will receive a T-shirt and goody bag. Refreshments and random door prizes.
