The Girls Tri Too at Linwood features a 250 yard swim, followed by a 7 mile bike and finishing with a 2 mile run. This race is the perfect first timer event for those wanting to get their feet wet in the sport of triathlon in a very non-competitive environment.
Women Only Course Preview
Friday, August 13 from 5:30pm to 6:30pm at the park.  This will be a walk through of the swim, bike and run courses and transition area.  No workout equipment is needed.
AWARDS
The top three overall ladies will receive special awards. In addition, the top three in all age groups (15-19, 20-24...75+), Athena, Mountain Bike, and all relay teams divisions will receive awards.
