The third stop on the Girls Tri Too Series is at Caesar Creek State Park. The ladies will start off with a 250 yard point-to-point swim along the beach at Caesar Creek State Park - water depth no more than 4 feet. The bike courses is mostly rolling on winding parks roads. The bike course will tour the 50 Springs Picnic Area just east of the main park entrance before returning back to the park via route 73. The run is an out and back run on old retired roads (closed) within the park.
Women Only Course Preview
Friday, July 9 from 5:30pm to 6:30pm at the park. This will be a walk through of the swim, bike and run courses and transition area. No workout equipment is needed.
