Commitment

I made a little commitment tonight by registering for the Blue Ridge Marathon. I thought that might help jump start the Ironman "marathon portion" of my training. From today I will have a SOLID 3 months of training to really keep me focused.

This Week's Agenda:

Sunday: Run 7

Monday: Ride 1 hour trainer | Lift upper body

Tuesday: Swim 2,000 yards | Run 5 miles

Wednesday: Snow shoe or run 1 hour | Swim 2,000 yards

Thursday: Run 1 hour morning

Friday: Swim 2,000 yards

Saturday: Run 10 to 12 | | Easy 30 minutes on the trainer
