The First Annual Cincinnati Undy 5000 5K run will be held on Sunday, October 24 at 9:00 a.m. at the Reds Stadium, Great American Ballpark to help bring greater awareness to colon cancer, the second leading cause of cancer death in the United States.

All participants will receive race day boxers and are encouraged to run in their undies, boxers or briefs to increase awareness of screening for colon cancer.

The goal of the event is to educate the public about colon cancer, promote screenings, and get people talking about this deadly, but preventable, disease. This event raises funds to support and the Colon Cancer Alliances innovative public awareness programs. A percentage of the local proceeds will go to the local programs to promote screenings and colon cancer research.
