Iowa Morning!
Kids Run - 8:30am
5k Run/Walk - 8:45am
Registration Opens at 7:30am
The Westerville Central High School Cross Country teams invite you to the Westerville Game Day 5k! This race is designed with the community in mind, as well and getting a run in before the Buckeyes bash Michigan! This event is organized to raise funds for the Westerville Central Cross Country teams.
We are hoping for an exciting morning of running, walking, music, and fun leading up to the OSU / Iowa football game! Our hopes are that the streets are ringing with cheers and songs like Across the Field and Hang on Sloopy! Of course we understand that not everyone bleeds scarlet and gray, so come wearing the colors of your favorite team!
There is a 5k run/walk and a kids run (8&U). The 5k run/walk will start and finish at Westerville Central High School, and be run on neighborhood roads in the surrounding community. The kids run will take place near the finish line with a start time of 8:30am.
Entry Fees: $15 early or on race day. Kid's race (8&U) is only $5.
