The Sweetheart Run and Walk is entering its 8th year in 2009. This race is a great womens only event. The course is a looping course with a few rolling hills. Again this year Mizuno is proud to be our title sponsor and will be raffling off prizes as an extra incentive. The Sweetheart run and walk has grown to become one of Stark Counties most exciting events.

The race is located at Stark State in North Canton, Ohio and offers great parking and wonderful viewing for non participants and family members. Again this year we will be donating part of our proceeds back to the Stark County Cross Country Coaches Association. The SCCCCA gives out six scholarships each year to male and female high school runners in Stark County. What a great way to celebrate living an active and healthy lifestyle as a women.
